When assigning a Harvst smart device to your web account, you will need the Device ID. This is a 12 character code such as "08CDD9BD9E7C".
Some products have the Device ID on the packaging (check the bag or box) or on the device itself.
If the sticker is lost or damaged, you can always get the ID from the Device Control Panel (via WiFi). Once you have connected to the device control panel, visit the settings screen.

Changing a Device ID
If you created or linked a device to your account with an incorrect ID, the data sent from that device to our servers will not show for the device in your account.
Please raise a support request with us, including both the correct AND incorrect IDs and we'll fix it for you.
