How to …
Mix up a tray of dry coir growing medium (coir compost).
Fill a small pot ⅔ full, and press it down firmly.
Soak well in plain water, allow to drain.
Sprinkle seeds across the surface.
Add a further 5mm (¼”) coir, and moisten gently - a spray mister is handy.
Place in the nursery tray and cover with a humidity dome.
When seedlings appear, open the vent in the domes.
When seedlings have a strong set of true leaves (ignore the first leaves), they are ready to move into a grow tray.
