Connecting H-mini to home WiFi

You would connect the H-mini to your home WiFi to:

• Download a firmware update

Connect to the control panel

1. On your phone, laptop or tablet, connect to the WiFi network starting with "H-mini". The second part of this WiFi network name will be the unique ID for your particular system.
   When you are connected to this WiFi network, you won't have access to the internet. This is the local WiFi network being transmitted by the controller on the H-mini, and you will only use this for configuring the system.
   
2. Once connected, open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc) and type the following into the URL or address bar (not the search box): http://192.168.4.1
   
3. This will take you to the WiFi control panel.

Configure home WiFi settings

1. On the control panel, click "WiFi setup".
2. Click the name of your home WiFi, so the value is entered into the network name (SSID) field at the bottom of the screen. If you can't see your home WiFi there, click "rescan".
3. Enter your home WiFi password and click "save".

The system will test the connection and let you know if all is OK.
